Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy:
This practice requires at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Late cancellations (i.e. within 24 hours of appointment) or missed appointments will result in the full appointment fee being charged.
WorkCover patients: If you fail to comply with our ‘Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy’, your Case Manager will be informed and you may have to cover the costs of the consultation.
